Thanks for visiting. We're excited to share with you what it'll be like to become a Catalyst at twenty--twenty and what your first project - of many - will be.

๐Ÿ“š Our Founding Story

Since their teenage years, Pete and Raj played, lived, worked, travelled and even cried together. Throughout it all, they've become incredibly synchronised, an unbreakable bond based on growth, trust, excellence and adventure.

Raj was applying himself at Accenture and Pete at Monzo. By this point Raj had worked with over 15 high performing teams and had consulted exciting projects all over the world. Pete had excelled within startups of size 1, 10, 100 and 1000 from Product to Marketing to Software Engineering.

"My god. We could do this 100 times better!!"

We were burning to refine this experience into something of our own. Our next adventure had three non-negotiables: to work with great people, to work on ideas we believe in and to share our successes.

  • The great people are our team & our partners' teams.
  • The ideas respond to the growth problems we solve.
  • The shared success comes from agreeing rewards over every time horizon.

Thus, from such desires, twenty--twenty was born on the 1st January 2020. A vehicle to enable people to do their Life's Best Work.

We're still young with a lot to learn, but we're proud of our achievements to date.

๐Ÿš€ The Roles - Catalyst

Before we consider competencies, we seek strong fundamentals of character. At twenty--twenty, every individual is a Catalyst. This is our core value. We expect everyone, from new to old, top to bottom, internally and externally to be a Catalyst. So, what does it mean to be a Catalyst?

Catalysts are agents of change.

A Catalyst is someone who can be put into any environment, and make it dramatically better. At a foundational level, they apply this mindset to their own lives. This means they are driven to continually self improve and grow. Next, they apply this catalytic thinking to situations beyond themselves. Asking the question, "How might I improve this environment?". They problem-solve to achieve goals, they catalyse decision making, they supercharge teams.

๐Ÿงช Catalyst Levels


Level 1 - Catalyst Has a proven track record of individual achievement and personal growth. They are a 'safe pair of hands' to execute excellently on well defined tasks. Will need support from a more senior Catalyst. No previous work experience needed.


Level 2 - Channel Catalyst Can confidently and independently plan, strategise, run and optimise a specific marketing channel or competency area. Has minimum 6 months experience in an area. For example: SEO, Business Development or Product Management. May need support in specialist or complex areas. Guides Catalysts with Channel knowledge and can performance manage them. Min 1-2 years in a specialist area


Level 3 - Project Catalyst Can confidently run multiple channels in parallel with a single client and/ or lead a growth team (Catalysts, Channel Catalysts and client team members). Has solutions to most problems, and will be able to find the people and/or resource to solve complex problems. 5+ years experience


Level 4 - Portfolio Catalyst Drives and owns the objectives and outcomes of multiple Ventures within a portfolio. Is capable of organisation transformation. Promotes cross-company pollination and joint ventures. Brings in flagship projects. 10+ years experience

๐Ÿ’™ Projects


Catalysts rotate between projects, deepening and widening their skillset in all areas. New environments and objectives drive growth and learning. Projects are typically 6 months and are centred on helping an ambitious company grow exponentially. In between projects they are in basecamps - periods of reflection, rest and preparation for their next journey. At twenty--twenty, you'll get the benefits of working on many dynamic projects, whilst being able to come home to a family of catalysts for support.

It's ill advised to try to acquire all the competencies. Focus on a complimentary set and get great at it.
