πββοΈ Work Habits
- I am an evening person, and I get more and more productive as the day goes
- Interrupt me whenever, I'm always happy to help
- Feedback should come from the right place, and if it does I would like it to be direct (no need to say something positive before saying something negative). I actually appreciate negative comments much much more than positive ones
- I'm super adaptive to situational needs, which means I can go from one thing/emotion/thought to the next without warning - it may be shocking
- I can often be blank faced, that often means I'm thinking hard rather than what could be seen as "does he even care about this?"
- I don't always speak immediately, instead I spend time filtering and analysing the topic, before giving an opinion
- I work for the collective effort, I like seeing how I can do thing that have high impact for the team versus personal credit
- I appreciate honesty, effort and positivity
- I am often an unstructured thinker, so I have to walk away and form insights and opinion, and deliver it later
- When I do work on something (e.g. Perfocal), I really believe in it, without that all my motivation unravels - alignment is really important
- I dislike extreme opinions, or when a statement doesn't show both sides
πͺ Work Personality
TL;DR: I'm ENTP (debater), and adapt around other personalities.
Here are the results from my Discovery Insights workshop - it shows various traits when you're conscious and unconscious (alert / passive).

When the situation requires high alertness, I become results focussed but also team focussed, in equal parts. When I can do things with more resources, time and space, I go into details mode and can also be creative, also in equal parts.
In summary, this means I understand most work types and can work well with them (π ). I don't have a strong personality myself - the way I work is mostly determined by the person/ team I'm working with. If someone is 'acting' a certain colour, I try to bring my own same colour out. I.e. if you're red, I'll match it.

π Pete's Principles
nowhere near complete π
- be direct if you care about something or someone
- you can always learn something from anyone
- become a great listener. You don't learn anything new when you're always speaking
- be humble and share credit, uplift your team
- support others to their success
- become a better version of yourself every day
- difficulty and struggle develops character - appreciate this in others
- balance yourself! Find time for health (physical and mental), relationships, hobbies, hustles and learning
- give people a few chances (2 or 3), be generous and giving, but know when to stop and be stern
- be tolerant and understanding
- be relentlessly curious, a student of life
- rough action is better than perfect inaction
- all scenarios are opportunities
- seriously evaluate the worst than can happen; reconcile it, and then aim for the stars
- do your best work
